Suman is the CEO & Founder of CyborgIntell. Prior to founding CyborgIntell he held senior leadership positions as CAO for Zafin and General Manager Analytics for Fiserv. At Fiserv, he successfully delivered analytical solutions to help their banking clients optimize products, increase customer value, improve customer experience, strategized next best action strategy for revenue enhancement & augmentation all of which are still being successfully used. During his tenure at Zafin, Suman designed and developed two major on-cloud products in Relationship Analytics and Loyalty Analytics using his proprietary Customer Relationship Score (US patent filed). He also developed an innovative ensemble ML driven detection model for Check fraud and unsupervised ML algorithms for Swift wire fraud for one of the largest Canadian banks and saved the bank +$19 million in fraud losses.
Suman has won Edelman Honors award from INFORMS in 2014, recognizing his analytics work on price & revenue optimization for a merchant acquiring bank, and has authored numerous research papers in response modelling and design of experiments. Suman is the brain behind the products at CyborgIntell and pioneered the concept of data-to-value. He has a Master’s in Statistics from CCS HAU, Hissar, and a Bachelor’s in Agriculture Engineering from BHU, Varanasi.

Amit is a technology expert with over 12 years of experience in designing and building data systems and enterprise analytics platforms. Amit has designed and developed data intensive software applications and has extensive experience working with virtualization technologies for complex deployments. Amit brings extensive experience on the product side having worked with open architecture business models and building highly scalable software products. Past roles include senior technical roles at Radisys and Aricent. Amit has combined his comprehensive understanding of technical detail with a keen understanding of what businesses need from AI and ML and ensures the same is delivered to CyborgIntell’s customers.

Nawas is a Product Development leader with 14 years of experience in designing and developing software solutions. He brings valuable ‘cloud-first’ thinking for software designs. Nawas has extensive experience working with core data structures used by applications. He has expertise in analyzing and designing code, deep understanding of third-party components and how to leverage them for accelerated product development. Nawas has held senior roles in technology, managing large development teams at companies including HCL, Radisys and Mindtree. As VP of Product Development Nawas ensures delivery of fool proof, robust solutions by weaving his detailed knowledge together with that of the CyborgIntell programmers and his goal of challenging the status quo in the AI and ML industry.

As Director of Operations,  Aishwarya was instrumental in setting up the company right from inception and continues to manage operations at CyborgIntell. Her role involves overseeing the ongoing project operations, financial planning and assessing expansion of company operations for future business opportunities.

Prior to CyborgIntell, Aishwarya was associated with Market Probe and WNS Research & Analytics (Erstwhile Marketics) where she delivered in-depth decision support systems and actionable analysis for IBM with a record 0% errors. Aishwarya holds a Postgraduate Degree in Data Science and Machine Learning from Manipal University.

Anand Prakash

With 20+ years of professional experience as a Sales and Business Development leader, Anand is responsible for revenue growth for CyborgIntell. He brings his expertise to accelerate pipeline development, sales execution, and overall sales methodology development. Anand’s experience cuts across technologies such as Middleware, Information Security, Data, Cloud, Mobility, and Integrated Risk & Governance. He has extensive experience working across APAC, EMEA and North America markets in various roles. Prior to CyborgIntell, Anand’s most recent role was that of Sales Director at MetricStream where he was responsible for growth of strategic markets and greenfield territories. Anand has held leadership roles in global software companies like Oracle, Samsung and Tech Startups.

Select roles include MD at Merrill Lynch Direct Markets (NY), SVP Products at VerticalNet (SFO), Chief Architect at British Telecom (London), MD APAC at ACI Worldwide (Bangalore). Venkat is an active Angel Investor, Advisor & Board Member in Startups. His current focus is on startup-led Digital Transformation & Innovation ecosystems in the U.S & India. He serves as a Mentor & Advisor to several Funds, Incubators & Accelerators. Dr. Rao has been with the IT industry for over 40 years. He was the COO, CTO and a founding member of Wipro and played a critical role in the transformation of Wipro from a start-up to a multibillion-dollar global technology giant. Dr. Rao’s key contributions include building of technology practices, growing Telecom & Technology Services business to over a billion, and enhancing Wipro’s presence in Japan and China. He was instrumental in Wipro achieving the highest SEI CMM Level 5 quality certification – the first in the world for IT services. As a past CTO, COO and experience in scaling a startup, Dr. Rao brings tremendous insight and value to CyborgIntell’s board.

Divya is a career Banking Executive with over 18 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry. She brings extensive transformation and delivery experience to CyborgIntell, having led complex digital technology programs across banking functions. Prior to CyborgIntell, she was Director Projects at RAK Bank where she managed a portfolio of $50Mn in programs across 100 projects. She has worked for leading financial institutions like Mashreq bank and Principal Asset Management. Divya is responsible for success delivery to CyborgIntell’s clients, and ensuring continuous innovation in the product driven by market and customer needs.

Dr. Lovell Hodge is currently the Vice President of Data and Adaptive Intelligence at Munich Re. As part of the Business Transformation team, Lovell’s mandate includes Data Management for North America and the implementation of AI capabilities to support the Digital Transformation strategy. Lovell holds Bachelor and Masters’ Degrees in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Systems Design Engineering, majoring in Artificial Intelligence, from the University of Waterloo. A former researcher and lecturer at the University of Waterloo, his areas of focus included Data and Knowledge Based Systems, Artificial Neural Network, Intelligent Multi-Agent systems, Fuzzy Logic and Genetic Algorithms. He has over 25 years’ experience in Information Technology and AI and has developed several advanced AI solutions. With his portfolio of accomplishments spanning different lines of businesses, and proven track record of building cutting edge solutions, Dr. Hodge plays a guiding role in product and solution delivery at CyborgIntell.
